The organic fractions were concentrated and the residue was purified by preparative HPLC (Column: Phenomenex Synergi CI 8 150*30etaiotaetaiota*4muiotaeta; Mobile phase: from 25% acetonitrile in water (0.225% TFA) to 45% acetonitrile in water (0.1 % TFA)) to give the title compound as a trifluoroacetic acid salt. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD) delta (ppm): 7.20 (m, 1H), 7.01 (m, 2H), 4.55-4.85 (m, 3H), 4.29 (m, 1H), 3.47-4.04 (m, 12H), 1.60-2.50 (m, 13H), 1.42 (m, 2H); MS (ESI) m/z 526 (M+H)+.
