Step d); Preparation of Compound 6; A mixture of 5 (0.450 g, 0.88 mmol) and 4 M HCl/dioxane (2.25 mL) in dioxane (7 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 3 h then heated to 50 C. for 1 h.
