Jiao, X.;Li, H.;Cheng, X. research published ã€?Cellulose-based fluorescent macromolecular sensors and their ability in 2, 4, 6-trinitrophenol detectionã€? the research content is summarized as follows. This article deals with three cellulose-based fluorescent macromol. sensors by introducing 1,8-naphthalimide fluorophore to cellulose. First, through the etherification reaction of cellulose with BrCH2CH2NH2, -NH2 group-bearing cellulose CS 1 was obtained. Then, the -NH2 group reacts with 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride to synthesize a naphthalimide cellulose derivative (CS 2). Finally, the recognition group was introduced by substituting Br atoms, and three cellulose fluorescent probes (CS 3, CS 4, and CS 5) were obtained eventually. Structure and fluorescence properties of the macromol. sensors were characterized and confirmed. Fluorescence detection measurements show that these probes can be used as selective and sensitive fluorescent sensors to 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (TNP). The detection limits are 0.52 μM, 0.76 μM, and 0.81 μM, indicating good detection performance. This work provides a new method for the selective detection of TNP and also a method to enlarge the application scope of cellulose.

Hydrogen bond donor functionalized poly(ionic liquids) were incorporated into MIL-101 framework for synthesis of composites PIL-R@MIL-101 (R = COOH, OH, NH2). The effect of different hydrogen bond donors on CO2-epoxide cycloaddition reaction was discussed through XPS, NH3-TPD characterizations. Thereinto, PIL-COOH@MIL-101 showed efficient catalytic performance in the cycloaddition reaction of CO2 and epichlorohydrin, 92.7% substrate conversion was obtained under 70 °C, 1.0 MPa, cocatalyst- and solvent-free conditions for 2.5 h. The improved activity was benefited from the synergistic effects of Lewis acidic Cr centers, carboxyl group, and nucleophilic Br, together with the high surface area (1178 m2/g), and good CO2 affinity. In addition, PIL-COOH@MIL-101 also showed facile recovery method by easy centrifugation and good recycling stability. Considering the good CO2 affinity, excellent catalytic performance in CO2 cycloaddition reaction, better thermal and recycling stabilities, the facilely prepared functionalized poly(ionic liquid)@MIL-101 composite would exhibit promising application prospect in CO2 capture and conversion.

Jiang, Si;Tian, Xiao-Jing;Feng, Shu-Yao;Li, Jiang-Sheng;Li, Zhi-Wei;Lu, Cui-Hong;Li, Chao-Jun;Liu, Wei-Dong research published Visible-Light Photoredox Catalyzed Double C-H Functionalization: Radical Cascade Cyclization of Ethers with Benzimidazole-Based Cyanamides the research content is summarized as follows. A visible-light photoredox catalyzed radical cascade cyclization of simple ethers such as oxolane, 1,3-dioxolane, 1,4-dioxane and 2-methyloxolane with cyanamides I (R1 = H, 5-CH3, 5,6-(CH3)2, 5,6-Cl2; R2 = H, 2-Cl, 3,5-(CH3)2, 2,5-Cl2, etc.) is developed at room temperature This strategy involves sequential inert Csp3-H/Csp2-H functionalizations through intermol. addition reaction of oxyalkyl radicals to N-cyano groups followed by radical cyclization of iminyl radicals in situ generated with C-2 aryl rings. This method allows for efficient synthesis of tetracyclic benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]quinazolines II (R3 = H, 10-CH3, 9,10-(CH3)2, 9,10-Cl2; R4 = H, 1-Cl, 2,4-(CH3)2, 1,4-Cl2, etc.; R5 = oxolan-2-yl, 1,3-dioxolan-2-yl, 1,4-dioxan-2-yl, 5-methyloxolan-2-yl). Importantly, this is the first example of an intermol.-intramol. radical cascade cyclization reaction of cyanamides.

SDS of cas: 244205-40-1, 2-Bromophenylboronic Acid is used as an inhibitor of the hormone sensitive lipase.
2-Bromophenylboronic acid, also known as 2-Bromophenylboronic acid, is a useful research compound. Its molecular formula is C6H6BBrO2 and its molecular weight is 200.83 g/mol. The purity is usually 95%.
2-Bromophenylboronic acid is a glucose monitoring agent that has a ruthenium complex with an acidic environment. The nitro group and the amines are in close proximity to the boron center, and this proximity leads to a high nucleophilic character of the molecule. This reactivity allows 2-bromophenylboronic acid to be used as a fluorescence probe for acidic environments. 2-Bromophenylboronic acid also inhibits secretase enzymes, which are involved in Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative disorders. It is an inhibitor of γ-secretase, which is responsible for cleaving the amyloid precursor protein (APP), and it has shown efficacy against biphenyl, an anticancer drug that binds to benzodiazepine receptors. 2-Bromophenylboronic acid is also an enantiopure compound because all four substituents are different from each other., 244205-40-1.

Dehydrobromination, Grignard reactions, reductive coupling, Wittig reaction, and several nucleophilic substitution reactions are some of the principal reactions which involve organic bromides. 244205-40-1, formula is C6H6BBrO2, Name is (2-Bromophenyl)boronic acid. Organic compounds having carbon bonded to bromine are called organic bromides. SDS of cas: 244205-40-1.

Jiang, Qing;Han, Yi;Zou, Ya;Phan, Hoa;Yuan, Liu;Herng, Tun Seng;Ding, Jun;Chi, Chunyan research published ã€?S-shaped para-Quinodimethane-Embedded Double [6]Helicene and Its Charged Species Showing Open-Shell Diradical Characterã€? the research content is summarized as follows. Helicenes and extended helical π-conjugated compounds have been widely studied, but most of the systems contain only aromatic benzene or heterocyclic rings, showing local aromatic character. Herein, new S-shaped double [6]helicene 1, which has two embedded para-quinodimethane (p-QDM) units, is reported. Due to the existence of a proarom. quinoidal substructure, it has open-shell diradical character. Its model compound, C-shaped single [6]helicene 2 containing one p-QDM unit, was also synthesized and compared. Their ground-state structures and electronic properties were systematically studied by a combination of various exptl. methods assisted by theor. calculations Compound 1 has a double-helical structure in the crystal, with the two terminal [6]helicene units bent in opposite directions (i.e., anti form). However, an anti/syn isomerization process with a moderate interconversion energy barrier was observed on the NMR timescale. Compound 1 shows amphoteric redox behavior. It also exhibits open-shell diradical character (y0=12.1%) and a small singlet-triplet gap. On the other hand, compound 2 has a typical closed-shell nature. The dication and dianion of 1 also show open-shell diradical character. The dianion of 2 and the tetraanion of 1 exhibit similar electronic structures to their resp. isoelectronic structures, i.e., [6]helicene and a double [6]helicene. This work provides some insights into the design and synthesis of stable helical π systems with open-shell diradical character and magnetic activity.
