(1) A suspension of Compound 1 (590 muL), Compound 2 (3162 muL), and potassium carbonate (1191 mg) in N-methylpyrrolidone (3 mL) was heated under microwave radiation at 180C for 2 hours. The reaction solution was cooled to room temperature, poured into water, and then extracted with ethyl acetate. The resultant organic layer was washed with water and saturated saline, dried, and concentrated under reduced pressure.
