After addition of the aniline, the mixture was stirred at 50C forhours instead of 24 hours at room temperature.Crude compound 100 was purified by silica gel chromatography heptane-EtOAc 100/0 to 0/100. The product was crystallized from diisopropylether (15 mL)/iPrOH (3.5 mL). The product wasfiltered off, washed with diisopropylether (3x), and dried at 50C in vacuo, resulting in compound 100 (251 mg).
